Caseworkers can call, text, or submit a ticket through a portal to request help from a Case Aide Specialist.

You set deadlines, and we stick to them. Our team will prioritize tasks based on when you need them completed.

You have visibility to all activities and communication through a portal so you can work with your Case Aide Specialist and see the status of requests.

When an individual task is done, you will get email letting you know the work is completed. A monthly utilization report also gives leadership visibility into what type of work the Case Aide Specialist is completing and how engaged external providers are with the process.
